About Me

I provide a warm, thoughtful, and confidential space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement. I work with adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, PTSD, and trauma-related challenges. My aim is to support meaningful and lasting change, helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to your individual needs and draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused therapies, and psychoanalytic approaches. I value the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship and believe that feeling understood, supported, and psychologically safe is central to effective therapy.

I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, providing a flexible and accessible approach to care. I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). In addition to my psychology qualifications, I hold Graduate Diplomas in Women’s Health and Education, as well as a Master’s degree in Psychoanalytic Studies. I remain committed to ongoing professional development, supervision, and evidence-based practice.

Whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship concerns, life transitions, or workplace stress, I strive to provide compassionate, high-quality psychological care that supports your overall well-being and quality of life.

As I maintain a carefully limited client schedule to provide attentive and personalised care, a waiting list is currently in place for new clients. You are very welcome to get in touch to discuss current availability and expected wait times.
