I provide a safe and welcoming environment for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings. With my experience in treating depression, anxiety/panic, loneliness, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, PTSD/trauma, OCD, and ADHD, I am here to help you overcome your struggles and achieve a happier and healthier life.

I offer a range of evidenced-based psychological therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), as well as trauma-specific and psychoanalytic therapies. My goal is to help you achieve your mental health and wellness goals in a safe and supportive environment. 

I work with individuals of all ages, couples, families, and parents to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and validated. Whether in-person or via telehealth, my goal is to help you achieve positive treatment outcomes and improve your overall well-being. 

Qualifications and Membership

I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and young people navigate life's challenges. With my training and experience, I am well equipped to provide effective support and guidance to help you achieve positive treatment outcomes and improve your overall well-being. 

I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

In addition to my psychology training, I have completed Graduate Diplomas in Women’s Health and Education and a Master of Public Arts (Psychoanalytic Studies).

I am committed to ongoing professional supervision and training.

I have particular experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. My expertise in these areas help individuals navigate difficult times and improve their mental wellbeing.
