I provide you a safe and welcoming space for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety and panic, loneliness, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and PTSD/trauma. I am here to help you examine your struggles and to achieve a happier and healthier life.
I offer a range of evidenced-based psychological therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), as well as trauma-specific and psychoanalytic therapies.
Whether in-person or via telehealth, my goal is to help you achieve positive treatment outcomes and improve your overall well-being.
Qualifications and Membership
I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
In addition to my psychology training, I have also completed Graduate Diplomas in Women’s Health and in Education and a Master of Arts (Psychoanalytic Studies).
I am committed to ongoing professional supervision and training.
