A website developed by the Centre for Mental Health Research which has developed a first aid course for issues such as anxiety, depression, psychosis and suicide. Mental Health First Aid is the help given to someone experiencing a mental health problem before professional help is obtained.
Medicare
To submit your claim for the Medicare rebate online, follow these steps:

Log into your Medicare online account through MyGov or Express Plus Medicare mobile app.

If on MyGov, click on the green “Start a new claim for Medicare benefits” box on the left side of the screen.

Follow the instructions. At Step 3 you will be asked to attach the image of your original account/receipt.
